天美传媒 Company are proud to present our Modular Packing System VFFS intermittent motion machines. This VFFS has been designed to allow clients to have a single VFFS with multiple fillers for use with Linear weighers.

Linear weighers have an integrated hopper that can be filled by hand, negating the need for conveyorized feeding. For accuracy, they are ideally suited to smaller free flowing granular products with a low individual piece weight, as the product is fed directly into a bin. The linear weigher uses vibration to feed the product into the weigh pan, slowing the feed as the target weight gets closer and stopping once it has been reached. We supply a variety of model and standard software can blend multiply products of different weights into a single deposit

Specification –

Depending on the product type, deposit weight and bag size speed cycle time of this system can vary. To validate an accurate cycle time for the product we recommend the use of our development centre.

As a guide the cycle time for a system of this type, we estimate a speed of 40ppm.
